How it works:

Making an appointment through Google is just as easy for clients as using the book widget on your own Business profile. This is how it works:

• The client is looking for a salon in the neighborhood; with the Reserve with Google integration a book button appears next to your Business Profile.
• The customer selects “Schedule”
• Choose the desired service, date and time. The available times will be shown based on your calendar
• The customer fills in their contact info and confirms the booking
• Both Reserve with Google and whizzQ send a confirmation email to your customer, as well as a reminder
• A review request will be sent to the customer after the appointment, from Reserve with Google (this way you can collect reviews faster on Google) and from whizzQ (if you have set this up)
• Every new booking or modification to an existing booking is directly synchronized between Reserve with Google and whizzQ. No worries about double bookings!

WHAT CUSTOMERS SEE

When customers search for your business or your services in Google, they’ll see a book button for an appointment or see your availability next to your business name in the search results.

If they do this from a regular Google Search, they’ll see a button to schedule an appointment in the quick view results.

If they do this from Google Maps, they’ll again see the button to schedule an appointment, and they’ll be able to pick their services, staff, and date/time right then and there.
